Meet Jay Hinshaw. Jay is a senior at Gainesville High school this year and was a pitcher for the Gainesville High school baseball team. Jay is so grateful for the opportunities Hall County has been able to give him and thankful for his past 18 years here.
“The community seems small sometimes but it’s honestly nice because you always have people looking out for you constantly,” he said.
At GHS, Jay is involved and spends an abundant amount of his time working with clubs, whether it is volunteering with the Interact Club, playing chess with Chess Club or being a proud member of Key Club.
We want to thank Jay for spending time with us and telling us more about his life and love of Hall County.
