Higher Grounds Coffee Shop is a small, contemporary coffee shop in Braselton that opened in 2014; and has been a local favorite ever since.
Higher Grounds is located on the second floor of the Polaris building and the perfect getaway complete with hot and cold drink options, a seating area, and options for both breakfast and lunch.

On Saturdays, Higher Grounds serves several brunch menu items such as Eggs Benedict, Avocado Toast and French Toast. They have a variety of drink options, from hot espresso to frozen smoothies, depending on your taste. Their coffee is cold pressed to reduce acidity in the coffee and they even have Nitro coffee! The Nitro coffee is the normal cold brew, kegged and pressurized with nitrogen for a creamy coffee without the added cream.
Their lunch menu includes sandwiches, lunch specials, and a full Amish meat and cheese deli.
In addition, to the restaurant and coffee house, Higher Grounds caters and has event space available for small-scale events, complete with a Veranda that can accommodate up to 50 guests. The catering menu includes Grilled Shrimp with Squid Ink Pasta, Meatballs Bergeron, and roasted Prime Rib Entrees. They even have a small sides and dessert menu for you to choose from, perfect for any event. The coffee house even allows online ordering for customers on the go, just visit their website at www.highergrounds.coffee.
