Jennifer is the amazing anchor or our Group. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Tennessee
with a degree in Business Administration. She has been a licensed Realtor since 1996. In her real estate
career she has never stopped learning. She is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), she is an Accredited
Buyer Representative (ABR), is E-PRO Certified, is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and
an Associate Broker. The Board of Realtors has recognized her achievements in continuing education by
awarding her with the Education Achievement Award, and has recognized her success in sales by presenting
her with the Phoenix Award.
In our community she has served as Past Chair of the Lanier Technical College Board of Directors,
Past Chair of the McEver Road Methodist Church Board of Trustees, Past Board Member of the
Hall County Board of Realtors. She is currently a member of Women's Source & McEver Road United
Methodist Church.
JILL VENABLE ABERNATHY | Real Estate Sales & Staging.
Jill is a graduate of Brenau University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Jill was
licensed in Real Estate in 2010. She has a background in sales, home staging, and home decorating. Jill
and Brad have two daughters, Sadie and Kate. She is a member of the First Baptist Church in Gainesville.
Jill has already begun making a great impact in assisting our clients with their homes. Improving
curb appeal, making a home feel larger and brighter are all easier to do than most people think. Jill can
