Meet Chad Payne! Chad is a father of five and married to Tiffany. Chad is a lifelong Hall County resident and attends Free Chapel.
He is a
 Farmer’s Insurance agent in Gainesville, graduate of Johnson High where he played basketball and now helps coach his son’s youth football and basketball teams.
We want to thank Chad for recently spending time with us and telling us more about his life and love of Hall County.  
 
Question: What led you to your current career?
Answer:
 “I was on a Spiritual Fast when I was led by The Holy Spirit to start my career in the insurance business. It has been a perfect fit for me and my desire to help others.”
Q: What is your favorite restaurant in Hall County, and what do you love there?
A: “My favorite restaurant is Senor Fiesta #2 on Limestone Parkway. My entire family loves eating there and I am ashamed to say how many times we eat there a month. I love the Fiesta Cheese Steak with Chicken.” 
Q: How long have you lived or worked in Hall County?
A: “I have lived in Hall County all my life and will continue to do so, if it’s in God’s will.”
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met in Hall County and why?
A: “I would have to say Principal Wesley Roach at Enota Elementary because his kindness and attitude towards his students is very genuine. His personality and demeanor is always constant which is a rare thing these days and he is a talented musician.”
Q: What is your favorite childhood memory?
A: “My favorite childhood memory would be taking trips to the Smoky Mountain during the fall season.”
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
A: “I would travel to Israel to visit the city of Jerusalem and to see some of the historical Biblical sites.”
Q: What is the first movie you remember seeing in the theater?
A: “The first movie I remember seeing in the theater was ‘E.T.'”
Q: What advice would you give a crowd of people?
A: “Seek him and you will find him.”
Q: What is something on your bucket list?
A: “To travel to Alaska and go on a whale watching tour.”
Q: What is your favorite music/three band you would like to see (dead or alive)?
A: “My favorite music is Contemporary Christian music and three bands I would  like to see is The Temptations, Casting Crowns and The Jackson 5.”
Q: What local business makes you the most nostalgic about Hall County and why?
A: “It would have to be Northeast Georgia Medical Center, the place where four out my five children were born.”
Q: Choosing anyone (past or present and a non-relative), with whom would you love to have lunch? And where would you go?
A: “I would love to have lunch with Pastor John Gray.”
Q: What is your favorite thing about Hall County?
A: “My favorite thing about Hall County would be that the community is very family oriented.”
Q: Where do you see yourself in five or 10 years?
A:In five to 10 years I see myself still serving my community, loving my wife and five children and continuing to grow my business.”
Q: What is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
A:I was miraculously delivered from alcoholism instantly through the power of the Holy Spirit…a 12 year addiction was put down and never picked up again…that was eight years ago.”
Q: What three words mean “Home” to you?
A: “Love, family, friends.”
