Question: What inspired you or led you to your current career?
Answer: “I was doing personal security and private military contracting type work. My background is in the mental health field. Once I got out of the military I went to college and got an undergraduate in mental health. I did intensive case management and worked for public health departments working with homeless and recently homeless profoundly mentally ill people. When I moved here (Georgia) from California those services were not available. Up in the northern rural areas my job didn’t exist. So, I went back to my roots and started doing security stuff. When I became a bodyguard for a family my client knew a bondsman who needed someone to do bail recovery. I ended up taking the class to be a bail bondsmen and half way through the class the teacher approached me to work for him.  I have been doing bail recovery for four years full time now.”
