Merideth PierceMeredith Pierce is all about helping people. From her career as a personal trainer to her time serving with the community ministry at Baker and Glover Mobile Home Park and Orphanage Emmanuel in Honduras.
“Over the last eight years I have fallen in-love with the kids and their families. They give me so much. It’s made me richer to know them and love them,” she said.
Meredith is a former high school biology teacher and mother of two and married to Dr. Brad Pierce. She also has a passion for helping people feel more confident about their skin. You can learn more about how she does this at  www.meredithpierce.myrandf.com.
We thank Meredith for taking the time to answer some questions about her life, interests and love for helping others to share with fellow members of our community.
Question: What inspired you or led you to your current career?
Answer: “I am a personal trainer. I loved the changes that I saw in myself.”
Q: How long have you lived in Hall County?
A: “Eleven years. We were all over the the place before that. I’ve moved around my entire life.”
Q: Who is the most interesting person you have met here in Hall County?
A: “Howard Dayton. He is one of the founders of Crown Financial Ministries. He has taken my husband under his wing when it comes to managing finances. He also has Compass Ministries.”
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go?
A: “Honduras to the Orphanage Emmanuel. We have fallen in love with the people. We go deep. We have relationships with these girls. We sponsor an 11 year old girl their
Q: What is your favorite movie?
A: “’Rudy.’ I love stories in which the underdog comes out on top.”
Q: What is your favorite restaurant in Hall County and what do you love there?
A: “Poor Richards. I love the filet.”
Q: Name three bands you would like to see perform, dead or alive.
A: “ U2, Van Halen, and Van Morrison.”
Q: What is your favorite thing about Hall County?
A: “I like that it is small enough that we can see people we know and still meet people we don’t know.”
Q: Where do you see yourself in five or 10 years?
A: “Continuing to love on the people around me.”
Q: What advice would you give a crowd of people?
A:  “Be kind all the time. Keep the main thing, the main thing.”
Q: What is something that most people don’t know about you?
A: “People think that I am an extrovert but sometimes I feel quite shy.”
