Our local residential real estate economy is very strong in Hall County. We have compiled housing sales and average sales prices from GAMLS for single family detached housing over the last several years to show a terrific portrait of our local market.
In 2017, more homes were sold in Hall County than ever before. The increase in sales versus 2016 was 4.04%.  2017 was the ninth consecutive year that more homes were sold than the previous year.

In 2017, the average sales price was 8.85% higher than the year before. Also, 2017 was the sixth consecutive year that the average sales price was higher than the previous year.
